Detection Geek Explained

Shortening the Time from Detection to Decision

Throughout his years in gas detection Chris Wrenn has created a number of courses to help himself and others shorten the time from detection to decision making. Chris has played a leading role in the AIHA’s (American Industrial Hygiene Association) Multigas/PID Registry committee to develop an accreditation program for users of confined space/PID detectors. Chris seeks to have users of gas detectors become better gas detectives by layering gas detection technologies until the problem is solved. Courses are available individually or as part of an overall training program. Courses can be tailored for the basic to the advanced detector user.

Our Approach

Chris teaches by telling stories of real gas detection incidents that has happened to himself or to his friends and acquaintances.  Many people have approached Chris even years after he has taught a course saying "I remembered your story and that helped me solve my problem!"
